Streszczenie
Celem niniejszego rozdziału jest wskazanie
istoty kasowego PIT-u jako alternatywnej
formy rozliczania przychodów i kosztów
w działalności gospodarczej oraz ocena zasadności
jego stosowania przez przedsiębiorców
w świetle obowiązujących przepisów prawa
podatkowego. W rozdziale wykorzystano
metodę analizy i krytyki piśmiennictwa.
W rozdziale
uwzględnione zostały wymogi formalne, które
muszą spełnić przedsiębiorstwa, aby mogły
skorzystać z takiego sposobu rozliczania przychodów
i kosztów. Wykazuje się, że pomimo
pewnych znaczących korzyści nie we wszystkich
przypadkach kasowy PIT będzie optymalnym
rozwiązaniem.
The purpose of this chapter is to outline the essence of the cash-basis PIT as an alternative method of accounting for revenues and expenses in business operations and to assess the appropriateness of its use by entrepreneurs in light of current tax laws. This chapter employs the method of literature analysis and critique. As part of the discussion, the essence of the cash-basis PIT was characterized, and groups of entities that are entitled to use it were identified. Next, examples were provided of those entities that are unable to use it due to applicable law or for whom the cash-basis PIT would not be the best solution. The chapter addresses the formal requirements that businesses must meet in order to use this method of accounting for revenues and expenses. It is demonstrated that despite certain significant benefits, the cash-basis PIT will not be the optimal solution in all cases.
