Streszczenie
Celem rozdziału jest analiza znaczenia
okresu prenatalnego w kontekście kształtowania
się mechanizmów odpowiedzialnych
za przyszłe funkcjonowanie emocjonalne
i społeczne człowieka. Badaniem
objęto 146 kobiet. Narzędziem badawczym
był autorski kwestionariusz ankiety składający
się z metryczki oraz części głównej
badającej nawiązywanie więzi prenatalnej
między matką a dzieckiem w okresie
prenatalnym. Do zbadania zależności
statystycznej pomiędzy analizowanymi
cechami użyto testu chi-kwadrat: χ². Wartość
prawdopodobieństwa p<0,05 uznano
za statystycznie istotną. Istnieją znaczące
różnice w odczuwaniu więzi prenatalnej
z dzieckiem w zależności od wieku badanych kobiet. Nie stwierdzono istotnego
statystycznie związku pomiędzy nawiązaniem
więzi prenatalnej z nienarodzonym
dzieckiem, a liczbą ciąż. Zachodzi istotny
związek pomiędzy wiekiem kobiety, a nawiązaniem
z dzieckiem. Kobiety, które miały wykonane
badania prenatalne w ciąży, częściej tworzyły
więź prenatalną z dzieckiem niż kobiety,
które nie miały takich badań. Badania USG
wykonane w ciąży pozytywnie wpływają na
więź emocjonalną z nienarodzonym dzieckiem.
W programach szkół rodzenia uzasadnione
jest podkreślanie znaczenie badania
USG jako momentu pierwszego „spotkania”
z dzieckiem oraz zachęcanie partnerów do
uczestnictwa w badaniu, co może sprzyjać
budowaniu więzi rodzinnej.
The aim of this chapter is to attempt to assess the formation of a parental bond between a mother and her unborn child. The study involved 146 women. The research tool was an author’s questionnaire consisting of a metric and a main part examining the establishment of prenatal bond between mother and child in the prenatal period. A chi-square test: χ² was used to test the statistical relationship between the analysed characteristics. A probability value of p<0.05 was considered statistically significant. There are significant differences in the experience of parental bonding with the child depending on the age of the studied women. no statistically significant relationship was found between the establishment of parental bonding with their unborn child and the number of pregnancies. There is a significant relationship between the age of the woman and the establishment of an parental bond with the child at different stages of pregnancy. There is no difference in the establishment of a parental bond depending on whether it is the first, second or third (and more) pregnancy. According to this analysis, women who planned their pregnancy were more likely to establish an parental bond with their child before the gynaecologist confirmed the pregnancy, after the confirmation of the pregnancy and in the second and third trimester of pregnancy compared to those for whom the pregnancy was not planned. Prenatal test results have an impact on the establishment of an parental bond with the child. Women who had prenatal tests performed during pregnancy were more likely to form an parental bond with their child than women who did not have such tests. Ultrasound examinations performed during pregnancy have a positive impact on the emotional bond with the unborn child. In childbirth education programs, it is justified to emphasize the importance of ultrasound as the first “meeting” with the baby and to encourage partners to participate in the examination, as this may foster the development of family bonding.
