Nowe uprawnienia Policji i Straży Granicznej na wypadek zagrożenia bezpieczeństwa państwa wynikające z ustawy z dnia 26 lipca 2024 r.

Abstract

W rozdziale przedstawione zostały nowe regulacje prawne zawarte w ustawie z dnia 26 lipca 2024 r. o zmianie niektórych ustaw w celu usprawnienia działań Sił Zbrojnych Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej, Policji oraz Straży Granicznej na wypadek zagrożenia bezpieczeństwa państwa. Mają one na celu przede wszystkim rozszerzenie uprawnień żołnierzy Sił Zbrojnych Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej realizujących od 2021r. zadania na granicy polsko-białoruskiej. Niejako przy okazji poszerzony został także zakres uprawnień funkcjonariuszy Policji i Straży Granicznej pełniących służbę na tym odcinku granicy, a także doprecyzowano zasady udzielania wsparcia Straży Granicznej przez Policję oraz pododdziały i oddziały Sił Zbrojnych.

The chapter presents new legal regulations contained in the Act of 26 July 2024 amending certain acts in order to improve the activities of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland, the Police and the Border Guard in the event of a threat to state security. Their main aim is to expand the powers of soldiers of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland carrying out tasks on the Polish-Belarusian border from 2021. As if by the way, the scope of powers of Police and Border Guard officers serving on this section of the border has also been expanded, and the principles of providing support to the Border Guard by the Police and subunits and units of the Armed Forces have been clarified.
