W rozdziale streszczono incydenty związane z sabotażem infrastruktury krytycznej jako przykłady istniejących ograniczeń prawa międzynarodowego wynikających z UNCLOS obniżających efektywność działania służb odpowiedzialnych za bezpieczeństwo terytorium państwa na obszarach morskich rejonu Morza Bałtyckiego.

The information gathered in this chapter regarding the security of Poland’s maritime border indicates the significance and role of the naval forces of the Republic of Poland as a tool of the state’s maritime policy in relation to the current challenges and threats in the Baltic Sea. The chapter summarizes incidents related to the sabotage of critical infrastructure as examples of existing limitations of international law arising from UNCLOS that diminish the effectiveness of the services responsible for the security of the state’s territory in the maritime areas of the Baltic Sea region.
