Abstract

Problem badawczy postawiony w niniejszym rozdziale dotyczy kwestii tego, jak istotna jest świadomość zagrożeń użytkowników sieci wobec obecnych wyzwań w obszarze ochrony danych osobowych w cyberprzestrzeni. Przyjęta hipoteza zakłada, że w przypadku ochrony danych osobowych w cyberprzestrzeni, gdzie przenosi się całe funkcjonowanie społeczeństwa i obrót gospodarczy, kluczowe znaczenie ma świadomość zagrożeń u użytkowników Internetu. Do analiz wykorzystano badanie dokumentów, aktów prawa i dostępnej literatury przedmiotu.

The research problem addressed in this chapter concerns the extent to which user awareness of threats is significant in the face of current challenges in the field of personal data protection in cyberspace. The adopted hypothesis assumes that in the context of personal data protection in cyberspace, where the functioning of society and economic transactions are increasingly transferred, the key factor is the awareness of threats among Internet users. The analysis is based on the examination of documents, legal acts, and the available subject literature.
