Abstract

Rozważając istotę zjawiska bezpieczeństwa należy podkreślić jego dużą korelację ze zjawiskiem zagrożenia. Można sądzić, że brak zagrożenia stanowi zasadniczy aspekt omawianego bezpieczeństwa. Rozumienie tego pojęcia sprowadza się do tezy, że dotyczy części świadomościowej konkretnego podmiotu (człowieka, obywatela, grupy społecznej czy konkretnego narodu). Zagrożenie cechuje pewien stan świadomości oraz psychiki spowodowany rozumieniem zjawisk, które są bardzo często sugerowane jako niekorzystne lub niebezpieczne dla człowieka jako obywatela danego państwa. W opracowaniu przedstawiono charakterystykę i analizę zagrożeń.

When considering the essence of the phenomenon of security, it is important to emphasise its great relationship with the phenomenon of threat. It follows that the absence of threat is a fundamental aspect of the discussed security. Understanding this concept boils down to the thesis that it refers to the part of consciousness of a particular subject (a man, a citizen, a social group or a particular nation). Threat is characterised by a certain state of consciousness and psyche caused by the understanding of phenomena that are very often suggested as unfavourable or dangerous for a person as a citizen of a given state. The study presents the characteristics and analysis of threats.
