Streszczenie
Celem rozdziału była próba oceny wiedzy kobiet
na temat porodu oraz metod łagodzenia
bólu porodowego za pomocą sposobów farmakologicznych
i niefarmakologicznych przy
uwzględnieniu wybranych czynników takich
jak wiek, wykształcenie, liczba przebytych
porodów. W rozdziale zastosowano metodę
sondażu diagnostycznego. Jako narzędzia badawczego
użyto autorskiego kwestionariusza
ankiety składającego się z 30 pytań, które dotyczyły
wiedzy na temat porodu i metod łagodzenia
bólu porodowego. W badaniu udział
wzięło 100 kobiet. Badana grupa była zróżnicowana
pod względem wieku, wykształcenia,
miejsca zamieszkania oraz liczby porodów
i uczestnictwa w zajęciach szkoły rodzenia. Kobiety w wieku poniżej 30 lat deklarowały
mobilizacyjne działanie bólu porodowego
(75,44%). Respondentki z wykształceniem
innym niż wyższe (78%) również wskazywały
na mobilizację podczas bólu porodowego.
W badaniu obserwowano, iż osoby z wyższym
wykształceniem oraz osoby deklarujące
poszukiwanie informacji cechowały się
istotnie wyższym poziomem wiedzy. Kobiety
znają większość metod łagodzenia bólu porodowego
takich jak: ćwiczenia oddechowe,
masaż, pozycje wertykalne, muzykoterapia,
aromaterapia czy hydroterapia. W badaniu nie
znaleziono korelacji między wiedzą o początku
porodu oraz bólu porodowym a wiekiem,
miejscem zamieszkania, wykształceniem czy
liczbą porodów. W sondażu obserwowano iż
osoby, które czerpały wiedzę od personelu
medycznego wiedziały iż ból stanowi czynnik
stymulujący wydzielanie oksytocyny.
The aim of the chapter was an attempt to assess women’s knowledge of childbirth and methods of relieving labor pain by pharmacological and non-pharmacological means, taking into account selected factors such as age, education, number of past births. A diagnostic survey method was used in this study. The author’s survey questionnaire consisting of 30 questions was used as a research tool, which concerned knowledge of childbirth and methods of alleviating labor pain. Was 100 women participated in the study. The study group was diverse in terms of age, education, place of residence and number of births and participation in birthing school classes. Women under the age of 30 declared a mobilizing effect of labor pain (75.44%). Respondents with education other than higher education (78%), also indicated mobilization during labor pain. It was observed in the survey that those with higher education and those declaring to seek information had significantly higher levels of knowledge. Women are familiar with most methods of labor pain relief such as breathing exercises, massage, vertical positions, music therapy, aromatherapy and hydrotherapy. The survey found no correlation between knowledge of labor onset and labor pain and age, place of residence, education or number of births. In the survey, it was observed that those who drew their knowledge from medical personnel knew that pain is a stimulating factor for the secretion of oxytocin.
