roli Straży Granicznej w aspekcie zwalczania
przestępczości zorganizowanej na granicy
polsko-ukraińskiej, uwzględniając toczący się
od 2022 roku konflikt zbrojny na Ukrainie.
Cel został zrealizowany poprzez zastosowanie
empirycznej metody badawczej w postaci
sondażu diagnostycznego oraz metod teoretycznych
takich jak: analiza literatury, synteza,
wnioskowanie czy abstrahowanie.
The aim of the chapter is to characterize the role of the Border Guard in the aspect of combating organized crime on the Polish-Ukrainian border, taking into account the ongoing armed conflict in Ukraine since 2022. The goal was achieved through the use of an empirical research method in the form of a diagnostic survey and theoretical methods such as: literature analysis, synthesis, inference or abstraction.
