Agencja Bezpieczeństwa Wewnętrznego i Agencja Wywiadu w zwalczaniu terroryzmu na poziomie krajowym i międzynarodowym

Abstract

Celem niniejszego rozdziału jest analiza roli Agencji Bezpieczeństwa Wewnętrznego (ABW) i Agencji Wywiadu (AW) w zwalczaniu terroryzmu, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem ich kompetencji, metod działania oraz współpracy międzynarodowej. Hipoteza badawcza zakłada, że skuteczność działań ABW i AW w zwalczaniu terroryzmu zależy od ich zdolności do integracji nowoczesnych technologii, międzynarodowej współpracy oraz elastycznego dostosowywania strategii do nowych form zagrożeń. W rozdziale zastosowano metody teoretyczne, takie jak analiza literatury przedmiotu, aktów prawnych oraz raportów instytucji zajmujących się bezpieczeństwem międzynarodowym.

The aim of this chapter is to analyze the role of the Internal Security Agency (ABW) and the Foreign Intelligence Agency (AW) in combating terrorism, with particular emphasis on their competences, methods of operation and international cooperation. The research hypothesis assumes that the effectiveness of the activities of the Internal Security Agency and the Armed Forces in combating terrorism depends on their ability to integrate modern technologies, international cooperation and flexible adaptation of strategies to new forms of threats. The chapter uses theoretical methods, such as the analysis of the literature on the subject, legal acts and reports of institutions dealing with international security.
