Streszczenie
Przedstawiono możliwość wykorzystania
odpadu poprodukcyjnego w postaci zużytego
podłoża po uprawie pieczarek (ZPP) jako
wysokowartościowego nawozu naturalnego,
ograniczającego stosowanie nawozów sztucznych
w gospodarstwie rolnym. Podłoże to jest
bogate w składniki odżywcze i makroelementy.
Postawionym celem badań było sprawdzenie,
czy podłoże po uprawie pieczarek, użyte jako
nawóz do gleby, wpłynie korzystnie na plon
roślin. Wykazano, że wprowadzenie do gleby
podłoża po pieczarkach, zwłaszcza z dodatkiem
NPK, wpłynęło istotnie na zwiększenie plonu roślin testowych (ziemniaka i pszenicy
ozimej). Przeprowadzone badania wskazują
na możliwość wykorzystania podłoża po
pieczarkach do nawożenia gleb uprawnych
i w konsekwencji, do rozwiązania problemu
jego utylizacji.
The possibility of using post-production waste in the form of spent mushroom substrate (ZPP) as a high-value natural fertilizer, reducing the use of artificial fertilizers in agricultural practices, has been presented. This substrate is rich in nutrients and macroelements. The aim of the study was to decide whether the spent mushroom substrate, used as a soil fertilizer, would positively affect crop yields. It was proved that the introduction of mushroom substrate into the soil, especially with the addition of NPK, significantly increased the yield of test plants (potatoes and winter wheat). The conducted research shows the potential for using mushroom substrate for fertilizing arable soils and solving the problem of its disposal.
