Results. We established that the studied female obstetrician-gynecologists work in harmful conditions (hazard classes 3.2-3.3). It was associated with functional changes in their bodies: 23.3% of them had deviations in cytomorphological parameters of buccal epithelium; 59.3% had excessive amounts of E. coli group bacteria in their oral cavity and already formed phases of the occupational burnout syndrome. Conclusions. The selected set of methods for pre-nosological monitoring permit analysis of the impact of different occupational factors and the formation of target risk groups for the implementation of measures improving adaptive reserves.
